The Introduction to Cultural Competence Allied Health BUNDLE 3 gives you the knowledge and skills to work with people from any culture or language group. You’ll learn skills to reduce misunderstandings caused by culture or language and then practice these skills through simulated activities. The course gives you a framework to understand Australian cultural diversity across patient care. It creates a positive work environment to deliver services for migrant and refugee patients, carers, and families. Additionally, you'll learn how to use interpreters and translations effectively.

Bundle 3 includes 3 of our most popular units:

Unit 1: Key Knowledge (60 mins) Perfect if you need essential knowledge of cultural competence.

Unit 2: Practical Skills (60 mins) The perfect add-on to Unit 1 if you work in-depth with migrant and refugee clients.

Working with Interpreters (30 mins) The perfect add-on to Units 1 and 2 if you want to learn or review the basics of working effectively with interpreters or translated materials.

It will take you approximately 2.5 hours to complete the units. Our training works on desktops, tablets, or mobile phones.
